Jessica: It turns out that Donald Trump agrees with Democrats about immigration policy. He started out the day on truth social saying, oh, the people that work and hotel and leisure, they have some very good people that are working for them, they are very hardworking and he knows that because he employed a lot of illegals to work at his clubs like in bedminster, and he says we should leave those people. And then he finishes the day has a press conference, and he expands -- because I guess you heard from his friends in big AG.."Big changes coming!”—Donald J Taco
And now to enjoy Gov Newsom treating Trump the way he should have always been treated:Newsom on Military Parade: How weak do you have to be to commandeer the military for your birthday? In a vulgar display of weakness? That's Donald Trump pic.twitter.com/jk7jg9wLLe

Newsom: We discussed for a nanosecond Los Angeles, and he immediately zigged and zagged into 7 or 8 other topics (the weave), some extraordinarily familiar and some extraordinarily remarkable, considering the world we're living in. pic.twitter.com/G0t2R3hNJI

Newsom: "He's been a stone cold liar about what he said we talked about. He never discussed the National Guard. Period. Full stop. I would love to share with you what he actually talked about. It would send shivers up your spine." pic.twitter.com/zAVlrjlaym

Or claim to be a religious man; or even a Christian.Newsom: Speaker Johnson, who his eloquence was elevated when he called to, “tar and feather” the governor of California. That's the speaker, very religious man. I guess that's the spirit—The word of the lord. He's abdicated any oversight and responsibility over the president. pic.twitter.com/JzWts8hoZb

Newsom: Here’s a United States senator, in his home state, in a federal building—his office building—who wishes to join a press conference not dissimilar to this one. He simply asks a question.

He was handcuffed and thrown to the ground.
And anyone who knows Alex Padilla knows… pic.twitter.com/FLJXRp3Man
And anyone who knows Alex Padilla knows one thing about him: he is one of the most mild-mannered, decent people you’ll ever meet. And don’t just take my word for it—folks on the other side of the aisle would acknowledge that.
I thought it was a disgrace.
The cherry on the sundae is:Newsom: "This is what he does. He creates a problem and then he tries to be a hero in his own Marvel movie ... he initiated those raids. He significantly increased the scale and scope of those raids. That's why he wants the National Guard." pic.twitter.com/pl8EbiF5ai

During a question-and-answer session, Newsom addressed one of Trump's favorite attacks: "Newscum."Trump is childish. (Which should shame all the reporters telling us about Trump’s invention of nicknames as if it were normal, even admirable.) Trump is incompetent. (He really does think “government by social media post” is a thing.)
"I learned about it when I saw some tweet about 'Governor Newscum,'" Newsom said, answering a reporter's question about how he learned that his authority over the California National Guard had been overridden. "A nickname, by the way, that's hardly original. There was an eighth grader on Baltimore Street in Corte Madera that used to call me that."
"And the reference to the National Guard being commandeered in that same tweet—that's how I learned about it."
The childish thug king that our framing of government makes adults unable to remove him. One who is the stupidest man to have been president in history but knew enough to hire lawyers to game the system to make him immune from his lifetime of crime. We have gotten to the inevitable conclusion of the many sins and stupidities of our past. The intermittent periods in which adults very temporarily and too partially relieved this situation have gotten fewer and farther between - though that is certainly the history of the 19th and 20th centuries up to the brief period of FDR to Lyndon Johnson. Only this time it's not only People of Color who are the overt targets.
