Needless to say, riding a motorcycle while carrying a Mexican flag is not a crime. Nor are we at war with Mexico. 🇲🇽  And the LAPD still called the whole thing “peaceful.”

I wish these people luck trying to confiscate non-American flags. I wanna know what theory of law they use. There’s a bar in Nacogdoches (TX) that celebrates local history of “Nine Flags” (three more than the usual Six Flags over Texas). Shall we declare that bar unmutual?
