That was the Supreme Court taking the ACLU's advice to let them advertise meds on TV directly to prospective addicts. Like they talked them into allowing liquor adds and ambulance chasers and were in league with the tobacco corporations in the "smokers rights" smokescreen, getting money from the corporations the whole time. Oh, oh, it's gotten me started.
