Or three-quarters fools?I think if we just talk to enough of them in enough diners to understand their fears about globalization and their resentment at how college professors look down on them, we can whittle this number down to at least 70.65 percent for about ten minutes until they turn on FOX again. https://t.co/WJubreXkHD

Do they still get to vote? Because based on 2020, they’re still in the minority. Take away the advantage the incumbent has, and I don’t see any need for discourse, understanding, or compromise. And there is no "discourse" or "understanding" or "compromising" with people who don't get this.

It's that simple. https://t.co/SHPjL5iTQC
— Bad Legal Takes (@BadLegalTakes) January 3, 2022I’m still not sure. Am I supposed to be worried about people this stupid?
— Bad Legal Takes (@BadLegalTakes) January 2, 2022Obviously the ones who don’t sue Twitter are part of the conspiracy. Or, you know, are actually lawyers.
Since all of the generalizations about Democrats and the great uneducated is based in the pseudo-science of polling, I am always left wondering why the Republicans don't worry about the snooty-college credentialed among them, especially the college-credentialed white-males which Pew has polled as heavily leaning Republican, 21% more Republican for that group in the article they posted on April 7, 2015. They said:
ReplyDeleteEducation. Democrats lead by 22 points (57%-35%) in leaned party identification among adults with post-graduate degrees. The Democrats’ edge is narrower among those with college degrees or some post-graduate experience (49%-42%), and those with less education (47%-39%). Across all educational categories, women are more likely than men to affiliate with the Democratic Party or lean Democratic. The Democrats’ advantage is 35 points (64%-29%) among women with post-graduate degrees, but only eight points (50%-42%) among post-grad men.
Let me say that it's been my experience with women with college-credentials and post-grad degrees that they're somewhat less inclined to be conceited snobs about it than the men are. Though I have certainly never shrunk from slamming Democratic men who gave Republican-fascists and their media the basis for that stereotype.
