Trump is being crushed by events he stirred into motion. Whether he is indicted or not, he won’t be a challenge in 2024. Odds are he won’t even be a factor in 2022, except a negative one, for the GOP.
In the silence of the opposition, Trump sounds loud. But the government can’t spend all it’s time responding to Trump, or even giving him attention. Biden was right to address what happened in January 6, 2021 on the first anniversary of the event. He reduces Trump to the mere man he is by not addressing the problem of Trump. And when he addresses Trump without ever using his name, Trump is reduced to a whimper.
Tell me again why we should be mortally afraid of this man. He’s being ground down by reality. And he already knows it.
