Gaetz because: this is what Trump would be testifying to? And Goldsmith because sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. And the only reason Trump didn’t prosecute Biden is the same reason Trump lost 60 election fraud cases: because he didn’t have any evidence. While Jack Smith has indictments from two grand juries.

You know; how the criminal justice system works. Something Gaetz and Goldsmith seem wholly unfamiliar with.
