Although I’m curious what all those people who thought Elmo should return to Tesla in order to save it think of Elmo floating this hoary chestnut again. I mean, they were counting on Elmo being what they thought was “sensible.”

We have too many holidays but Trump is declaring two more because we don’t pat ourselves on the back hard enough, but they aren’t real holidays because we don’t need those (or  because Trump can’t declare them), so they aren’t really holidays, but we’re gonna call them holidays anyway?

So this is gonna be like Arbor Day, which nobody notices or remembers because it’s not a day off from work? Work we need to do more of because how are the rich gonna get richer if we don’t supply the labor? Amirite?
