A) He’s gonna go J.Edgar Hoover, and conduct (order) illegal investigations (presidential immunity doesn’t cover anyone not the President).

B) He’s not gonna do jack shit, because he can’t “invade” American cities on a whim, and he can’t declare ANY domestic organization (if  “antifa” even is one) a “terrorist organization.”

C) The “investigations” will violate the 4th and possibly the 5th Amendments.
