Judge Dismisses Georgia Election Interference Case Against Trump

The extremely poor judgment exercised by Fulton County DA Fani Willis in hiring a man she was dating as a Special Prosecutor to lead the case against Trump doomed the case.

You were expecting the case to proceed to trial, judgement, and exhaust appeals before Trump could be elected?

Trump was convicted in NYC on criminal charges, but no sentence was imposed because of the election and before the inauguration.

How do you people think this all works? I know in the movies it’s all wrapped up in 90 minutes, but this is reality. And the fact is, the electorate didn’t give a wet snap.

I know both countries speak English, but this isn’t England. Or entertainment fantasy land.

James Bond supervillains threaten to blow up the world with their big laser unless you pay them a trillion dollars.

Real American supervillains embed themselves in the economy and threaten to cause a depression unless you subsidize their sex robots and the weird chatbots they use to avoid humans.

But Trump said he’d prevented all acts of violence by having soldiers walk the streets of downtown D.C. So maybe a fascist putting soldiers on American streets for no good goddamned reason is triggering to idiots with guns, more than 6 Congress members telling military troops what they’re already supposed to know?

Or maybe the President is just an idiot.

Is the inability to speak coherently a job requirement of this Administration?

Patel also said he was treating the matter as an assault on federal law enforcement officers. I’m not sure the DOJ wants to handle it that way; nor prosecute it as a matter of “national security.” It might have no legal effect at all, but the Director of the FBI sure does sound stupid.

Maybe he should call the suspect(s) “terrorists.” The Administration seems to think that’s a “King’s’X’” to do what you want to do. Maybe find a car available for a missile strike….

But if criminals want to conduct things like this, we will never back down.
