b) Trump is talking to the voices in his head?

c) 4 years in Trump still has no clue how to make this "government" thing operate?

d) the White House staff is protecting us from the POTUS?

e) saying it in a rally speech is only one step down from saying it in a tweet is equivalent to muttering it in his sleep is something else he's never so much as mentioned within earshot of anyone in the walls of the White House?

f)  Why is the campaign promoting this?
