Fraud about fraud

My mail-in ballot (for the primary runoff) was sealed in an envelope I had to sign across the envelope flap after it was sealed.  Any attempt to open it before it reached its destination would have tipped someone off that it had been altered against my wishes.

The news reports don't give details about how this guy was caught, but as my Criminal Law professor told us:  "They don't catch the smart ones."  This guy was a contract employee delivering mail for three rural towns (not exactly handling the mail in Manhattan, IOW).

And he violated Federal law, and he was caught, and he was prosecuted.  As Aaron said, the way the system is supposed to work.
