Obstructing justice. Suborning perjury. There are multiple counts in the Mueller Report alone. And good arguments that the commutation of Stone is another act of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
If Trump isn't prosecuted in the new year, that will be grounds for the pitchforks and torches to come out. To not prosecute Trump would be tantamount to Ford pardoning Nixon.
