Barr says he views the Jacob Blake & George Floyd cases differently: "Floyd was already subdued, incapacitated, in handcuffs...In the Jacob case, he was in the midst of committing a felony and he was armed."
The Blake family says he was not armed.

Although I’m wondering if Barr said “seated.” Either way, too bad he’s so poor at self-reflection. The false narrative here is pretty clear.
