It doesn't matter who Trump is telling this to; it's as delusional as the naked emperor who thinks he's more finely arrayed than anyone in history.

1. Open cell door, Trump enters.
2. Tell Trump he was reinstated.
3. Close cell door.
4. Instruct prison guards to greet him each AM with "Good morning, Mr. President."
5. Tell guards to say that important people he just met with really like him.
6. Give him a phone, no battery.
