Reports are the documents found at Mar-A-Lago were classified, and some marked "Top Secret." Unless Trump has the receipts to prove he formally declassified those documents before noon on Inauguration Day (did he flush the receipts? Did he eat them? Did he shred them finer than normal?), he's got a serious problem. And one the DOJ needs to take seriously.

Which, contrary to internet opinion, I am still sure they are doing.  Just because it isn't in the headlines doesn't mean it doesn't still exist.  Too many people confuse what they read about on Twitter today with the absolute state of the world in concreto.  Trials and incarcerations of Capitol insurrectionists continue apace, even if they only rarely make headlines anymore.
