He means the ones with the family name on them, due to licensing agreements. Even if New York took a building, it wouldn’t affect the tenants.

Trump doesn’t own enough in New York to make a down payment on the judgment. And I don’t think Florida homestead law protects a commercial property like MAL (I’m fairly sure it wouldn’t in Texas). Trump is sweating bullets they’ll come to Florida, sooner or later.
