I respect Maggie's reporting, but sometimes her acumen leaves something to be desired. Trump was surprised by this story and "ran with it"? Because:

Even though that's exactly what it looks like.....(although now the story about the reporter noticing Reagan's Alzheimer's months before he left office seems oddly comforting. Or maybe it's just "oddly familiar." But we all see this, right? Right?)
