So the Civil War was officially a draw. Biden can govern the Blue States of America for the next four years and Trump can have free rain, rein, reign for life in the Red States. All the taxes raised by the Blue States will be spent in the Blue States and the Red States can stay in the Trump hand basket until hell freezes over.
