Clearly an unpatriotic fact.Question: would a teacher violate this statute by telling kids, accurately, that "under God" was added to the pledge in 1954 as part of a burst of we're-better-than-Godless-communists branding?

Wouldn't the typical right-wing, Republican lines of the past and now against the federal government reasonably be considered unpatriotic? I would bet that easily most of what is said by Republicans could well be considered unpatriotic. Certainly anything said that showed the Confederacy in a favorable light would be. Complaining about the income tax, etc.
