I saw this and thought “Could be propaganda. It is hard to be sure.” And then it became easier to think it wasn’t.

It stems from a REALLY big lie.

„Russian Children of Donbas“ who are „suffering under Ukrainian shelling“ was a very popular Russian propaganda narrative since 8 years. Here are examples. Note the same wording in „4 channel“ and „Izvestia“ stories: 2 identical sentences. pic.twitter.com/Q3lMThsdSp

All of which makes the claims in that first tweet much more credible; and evil.
