History: What Does It Mean?

In Shakespeare's version, at least (upon which this version draws), Brutus killed Caeasar because the latter was a dictator and a tyrant who wouldn't yield power (Diktator was an office in Rome given to a leader who would use unitary power to defend Rome in times of great crisis, and then yield back such absolute power when the crisis had passed.).

So...more on point than MAGA means to be.
