You’ll notice she doesn’t say “abortion,” there. The discussion is now about “reproductive rights.” As in, what other medical treatment do we deem a criminal action which the patient may not choose without the later approval of the state? Especially medical treatment applicable only to women of child-bearing age? The discussion is no longer “pregnancy is a gross inconvenience” (the misdirection of the anti-abortion community before Dobbs) and much more “Whose Life (and medical care) is it, anyway?”

And that’s a whole different conversation than before Dobbs.
