I think we have our next seditious conspiracy defendant. Which is ironic, because:

Thinking Trump would be charged w/seditious conspiracy, the GOP was ready w/its 1st Am claims. But Smith didn't charge that. So, unable to pivot from their plan, these geniuses have been bleating about the 1st Am wrt charges that couldn't possibly be subject to a 1st Am defense.

Eastman is considered "co-conspirator #2" in the D.C. indictment. I'll be surprised if sedition isn't part of his charge.
