Obviously, this didn’t happen. (Besides, a dismissal would only have gotten him a new trial. There are obviously fact questions a jury must answer. A dismissal would be almost immediately reversed, and Trump would have to pay for this all over again. The surprise is that Trump didn’t speak after court. A bunch of Trump lampreys did; but they’re all too boring to consider.
