Driving A Red Car In Van Nuys Is “Reasonable Suspicion,” Right?

Justice Kavanaugh says this is okay. If it was really bad, the people in that car could sue “Anonymous Armed Men Who Were Maybe ICE Agents.”

Or somebody. That’s what the 4th Amendment is for, right? To allow you to sue AFTER an unreasonable search or seizure? Pretty sure that’s what they taught us in ConLaw.

(Actually, the usual remedy for a 4th amendment violation is to throw government evidence, or the suspect, out of court and deny the prosecution. Funny how that’s NOT a remedy Justice Kavanaugh considered.)

  1. I've been telling people for years that the Supreme Court can amend, modify, nullify or just make up the "Constitution" at the whim of a majority of those gangsters in black robes will do it. People used to think I was nuts so I feel kind of justified about this though it certainly doesn't make me feel good.
Annul Marbury. Cut the damned Supreme Court down to a size that's safe for democracy.

  2. Change its fucking jurisdiction. Congress controls that. And a Constitutional Amendment to repeal Marbury is starting to look very sensible.
