ReplyDeleteIt’s blood in the water. Rick Perry was a wealthy man, despite the fact he was employed by the Texas government for his adult life. No one cared. Any such challenge was “mud slinging.”
ReplyDeleteBut everyone in Texas watched Paxton’s impeachment trial. Paxton thinks he’s invisible and bulletproof because he’s the GOP candidate. But the press knows his corruption is public knowledge, thanks to the GOP Texas House (which makes it legitimate, never doubt). So they ask Paxton the questions Talarico is asking. And Paxton can’t cry “Fake News!”, because we all know better. 😎
