Four o'clock was when the grand jury was supposed to come back out and present their information to [acting U.S. Attorney Lindsey] Halligan. There was a four [sic] person in, in the courtroom, along with Halligan, and they released their decision."

That’s what I wondered. Lindsay Halligan, again. Which means it has the same fatal flaw as the Comey indictment. Not the way she conducted the grand jury; but the fact her appointment is invalid.

It all depends on how closely the indictment hews to Pulte’s “analysis.” If the indictment says anything at all.

There’s always the failure to make a criminal charge.

This will almost be fun.
