A) He isn’t.

B) That doesn’t mean what he thinks it means.

C) There’s a reason that title falls on the USAG. Because lawyers are ethically and legally obligated to the courts. Don’t sleep on “legal ethics.” It can be grounds for disciplinary action, and even disbarment. Legal ethics have teeth.

D) What the ever loving fuck is a “political crime”? If it isn’t in the statutes, it can’t be investigated or prosecuted. Again, why the POTUS is not the “chief law enforcement officer.”

Yes, he means India, not Iran. And India and Pakistan both deny Trump’s involvement or influence. But he’s not repeating it to convince someone. He’s repeating it to protect himself; from reality.
