    Our Constitution is a total sham. The idea that Congress could "delegate" the responsibility to declare war and have that be the policy under the Constitution since those were "delegated" shows just how much of a sham it is. If I weren't so tired of sitting up reading the news (from anything other than an English language news site, I don't trust any of them) I'd try to compile a list of non-declared wars the US has been involved with since WWII. I'm guessing that if you count the little ones it would be in the dozens.
    I might vote for a Democrat who won't promise to do it but I think any Democrat who does not declare they will stop the US being the sucker of the Israeli state will have an ever harder time getting elected.
