So the Mueller Report is already publicly available

But the version created by Mueller and in possession of the DOJ is subject to "executive privilege" because....why, again?

And how has privilege not been waived by releasing 90+% of it already?   Because the redacted portions and the underlying documents are  "Presidential communications"?

This is beyond farcical.
