Nothing quite so funny as watching somebody get used to Texas weather in real time.

Austin hasn’t flooded (more than once) like it did when I lived there. Which is a good thing (floods have abated because the city took extraordinary efforts to do so). It’s not spring without some tornado warnings; or at least minor flooding.

But mercy, this is perfectly normal. If anything, it’s still a bit cool this late into the new year. (I blame DST for that.)
