You Know, Normally I Can Find Some Glimmer of Grounding in Trump's Rants πŸ₯—

Oh, I mean, he's completely wrong about Ruby Freeman: Just as he's completely wrong about everything he lies about. But that statement above, has completely left the planet. His statements about his own election are wild fantasies, but his "argument" about the debacle that is the election of the Speaker of the House (one unmatched since 1923 and unheard of before that since the Civil War ended) is just: word salad.

Up is down; failure is winning; defeat is victory?  He's completely abandoned all sense of coherence.  I mean, just compare and contrast:
An adult, v. a petulant, ignorant child (and 20 shrieking idiots who can't even get themselves, or anyone else,  sworn in as members of the House yet). A child who is 75 years old; but calendar years have nothing to do with maturity. Meanwhile: "You're the swamp! I'm the upstanding representative of the American people!"

Yeah, that's pretty much as far as that argument ever goes.  Chip Roy and Ronnie Jackson and Matt Gaetz and Paul Gosar (and about 17 others at this point) are all convinced they alone speak the vox populi, and no one else does.  Especially not the 212 Democrats who have consistently voted for Hakeem Jeffries:
Actually it's only a plurality, or Jeffries would have won the nomination by now. Still, he's consistently pulled more votes than McCarthy.  And we still have Nancy Pelosi around to remind us what real leadership looks like: Which is not to throw any shade on the Honorable Hakeem Jeffries and minority whip Katherine Clarke: Interesting how they both manage to echo Biden and Pelosi. I'd say the GOP is making it easy for them, but that would diminish their accomplishments.  Rather, let's say true leadership shines out brightest against the darkness of childish self-interests.
