A Reasonably Merry Christmas And/Or Festive Period of Days Or Day, To All Reasonably Prudent Persons Similarly Situated

 

A cartoon that ran in the UT student paper back in the '80's, and later, briefly, in newspapers, was drawn by a UT law student who never practiced law, although his cartoon creation did.  In one of the school daze cartoons when Eyebeam, the main character, was a law student, he issues the universal law student lament from his desk in a lecture hall:  "I want my old mind back!"

I think about that this time of year, as more and more my old mind is restored to me by the passage of time and the decay of my legal education memory.
