"He is a bad person and an even worse Judge. Appointed by, and friends with, Clinton, he purposely scheduled this HOAX right in the middle of the important New Hampshire Primary. This is the second trial concerning the same person, who is represented and financed by POLITICAL OPERATIVES. It could have taken place at any time, including months ago. Can anyone imagine a husband not going to his wife’s mother’s funeral over a MADE UP STORY - A story that has been allowed to simmer by a really bad Judge who suffers from TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME!"
Trump Monday: I need closing arguments postponed 3 weeks so I can stay home & comfort grieving Melania.

Trump Today to Iowans: “I’ll get to see you Sunday & Monday & maybe Sat night late. We wouldn’t miss it for anything!” pic.twitter.com/MBe25f2obZ
The judge denied Trump’s request to delay the E. Jean Carroll trial this Tues due to Melania’s mother’s death. The court ordered Habba to file publicly the letter she sent him with the reasons for her request. She did that today. Story …https://t.co/LPSRyqRrvN

In the letter, Habba states that Melania's mother recently died, and a funeral has been scheduled for January 18 in Florida. She states that it is Trump's intention to attend the trial and also wishes to attend the funeral. Trump claimed that he intended to attend the last Carroll trial, then failed to appear at all.
Habba also stated that taking an adjournment of one day for Trump to attend the funeral would be too much of a burden on the court. Trump seeks to delay the trial for two weeks. Trump also attempted to postpone his NY fraud trial so he could comfort his grieving wife.
Trump also announced last week that he will be campaigning in Iowa during the next three days. In denying the request,
Judge Lewis Kaplan wrote that "Trump is free to attend the trial, the funeral, or all or parts of both, as he wishes."
The order to Habbas to file the letter publicly is what makes it art.
Isn’t it?It’s weird that the only judge Trump doesn’t insult, disparage, threaten, harass, and defame is Aileen Cannon.
