And also, after one regular session and four special sessions, failed to fund public schools in Texas, a situation they won’t revisit until 2025, and which won’t change until August of that year, at the earliest.
But we’ve got illegal barbed wire on the Rio Grande and we’re using state funds to send asylum seekers to Chicago.
Abbott doesn’t care about school children. He doesn’t care about the people of Texas. Abbott doesn’t even care about nullification. He just cares about an audience on Twitter.
