Trump's second trial in the E. Jean Carroll litigation now stands adjourned until Wednesday, leaving court dark tomorrow during the New Hampshire GOP primary.
His lawyer Alina Habba signaled he'd testify Wednesday.

He can’t testify about any issues of the first trial.
He can’t…testify about anything relevant to the question of damages, which is the only question of this trial.
He doesn’t even seem to be aware this trial is about his libel of the plaintiff.
So how can he testify?
