There’s a lacuna here, but I assume Habba objected after saying she had no objection. Which probably means Trump whispering furiously to her. As for that sidebar:

I still don’t see what Trump can testify to. He can’t reargue the first case. He’s here on collateral estoppel. So what evidence can he offer?

Carroll's lawyer: Your Honor has ruled Mr. Trump cannot contradict the prior jury's finding. And we think it's appropriate for Ms. Habba to proffer what her client can testify.
