ReplyDeleteI think the way you change the demographics for socialism is by making a small group of parasitic people extremely rich while making a growing majority poorer and poorer so that at last their choice is between starvation and revolution. Not the first time it's happened nor a pretty sight when it does.
We faced this in the ‘30’s. FDR prevented social collapse by giving us socialism (New Deal and Social Security).He also built the Pentagon to a storage facility after the war. Eisenhower warned us we were going to turn a permanent military into crony capitalism. We’ve had better presidents than we’ve had lately.
