A super dangerous concept that will never get to court. Or a legislature, since that wasn’t a hearing. Nor can you take the election away from the people without consequence. (Although which is more dangerous: that the state government gave power to voters, or that voters gave power to the state government?)I understand this one and it's a super dangerous concept.
