Except after step 3 you come in contact with people, test, isolate for 5 days to be sure, test daily for 2 days, and either end isolation or go to step 4.What would ideal COVID Isolation guidance be?

Once rapid antigen tests are cheap & ubiquitous
1. Isolate for first 5 days
2. Then test daily
3. Negative X 2 days? End isolation. Good to go
4. Positive? Remain in isolation until 2 negs or 10 days
I think its that simple
Or encounter people, and return to step 1.
Of course we can all isolate for 5 days at a time, right? In fact, since any break in isolation puts you at risk of infection, stop wasting your money on tests and just remain in isolation.
It’s the only way to be sure. I think it’s that simple.
As long as you remain in isolation…The CDC recommends you wake in the morning and you step outside and you take a deep breath and you get real high and you scream at the top of your lungs WHAT’S GOING ON
