He's a 19th century Darwinist eugenicist of exactly the same kind that Charles and Leonard Darwin were, they were both against universal vaccination for exactly that reason. Leonard ran for a seat in the British Parliament on that basis, luckily, enough Brits in his riding knew it was bullshit and he lost. We have worse as our Sec. of Health and Human Services in 2026, just to show how bad things are.
