Random Shots

Later that same speech: So hard to understand why.... Which is an invasion; and why would the war then be over? Trump keeps saying it’s over now.  Trump also said he got to pick the next Supreme Leader. What happened to that? The peace of Gaza? Of the West Bank? Of the grave? Follow Lindsey’s lead, what could go wrong?  Trump (still) says Iran’s nuclear program was obliterated, but that we’ve obliterated it again, and they were just two weeks ago two weeks away from one bomb…ten bombs…why not go for 200?

Go big, or go home.
A) Do they still have department stores in Arkansas?
B)  No, you don’t. You barely even need a receipt anymore. Computers. Do they have those in Arkansas?
C ) Why are they all so bad at this?
Cooper: The president seemed to indicate that he had not been briefed that Iran might strike out at its neighbors or try to shut down the strait of hormuz. Is that conceivable to you?

Bolton: I know for a fact that he was aware of those potentials. I raised the option of regime change in Iran several times during the time I was national security advisor. I never persuaded the president to adopt that position. And one reason was that others had different views. And every time I raised it, they raised a whole long list of difficulties that are entailed by a regime change campaign and if you're going to embark on it, you better have answers to them. And certainly, closing the strait of hormuz was always one of them. And so were attacks on the gulf Arab states, particularly their oil infrastructure. So he knew about it in his first term. I find it hard to believe that he forgot about it in the intervening years.
Bolton is possibly the only person on the planet who finds that hard to believe. I don’t have to answer the door, asshole. And you can’t come in without a search warrant. These are called “constitutional rights.” Dumbass. In their “rust bucket”? Is he a graduate of Trump’s School of Diplomacy? Is somebody somewhere keeping a spreadsheet on these excuses? And ranking them by level of stupidity? Because I think they’re getting worse. Was that his band?
