Coincidence? I think not....

As Raw Story noted, yesterday the California Sixth District Appellate Program announced::

“I have at least six cases where she testified and I have lists pending from various attorney groups where she testified as a violence expert. I expect that list will expand significantly,” said McKenna. “We’re trying to get the lists together. We’re aware of Ms. Reade, we’re in the mode of trying to review the transcripts to see if she misrepresented herself in court.”

He said the calls for a review came as news reports raised questions about her background and detailed her credentials, including the fact that she did not complete an undergraduate degree.

“Last week, I was informed she testified as an expert. Last week I was also informed she lied about her credentials. I didn’t connect the dots on the significance of those two things until yesterday when I was contacted by an attorney,” McKenna said.

It's true this does not reflect on the veracity of her charges against Biden; except that it precisely does.    If we've learned anything from the example of Donald Trump, it's that liars lie.

And Wigdor dropped her like a hot potato the day before that report was published (because Politico contacted them for comment?  Ya think?) because they don't want their reputation for representing sexual assault victims tainted.  The complaint about what "has been written" about their former client goes directly to the Politico article published last week.  They make no allusion to the PBS report where they showed the place where Reade said the assault took place would have been as inconspicuous a location as standing at the center of the ice rink at Rockefeller Plaza in December.

And while I wouldn't expect them to say why they dropped Reade, actions speak louder than words.  And I think they have a reputation to maintain, a reputation they don't want ruined by Ms. Reade.
