At least 224,122 were sent in by mail.
That’s 151k more votes cast than in 2016 in those same counties.
Local news says 144,000+ voted in Houston today, “shattering” the second day turnout record. Will it drop off tomorrow? And what happens this weekend?
I just think this means predictions about outcome based on history may be upended.
