Kayleigh McEnany has superceded Ron Ziegler as Worst Press Secretary Ever (besting Trump's previous press secretaries took some doing, too).  It takes a lot to laugh, it takes a lot more to get the press to turn on a White House Press Secretary.  They are always the last ones to see what is glaringly obvious in the room.
