No wonder Trump wants to leave the hospital. But consider the optics of returning, this time on a stretcher. He'll have to do it in dead of night. Or put a "lid" on so tight no one can get close enough to the White House to catch the image of Dear Leader strapped to a gurney as it is loaded into Marine One.Donald Trump's short on cash, Joe Biden is pulling away in the polls and the rallies that fueled his 2016 win are on hold indefinitely https://t.co/JCCW0UZlG1

I don't recall ever deciding when I would be discharged. Then again, that decision is usually made by the insurance company. I do know that people who go home after being treated in hospital for covid-19 go home to rest for several weeks. They don't go back to work. And Trump is still well within the 14 day period of CDC protocols, much less the 20 day period that applies to patients taking steroids for treatement.Meadows on F&F: "He continued to improve overnight and his health continues to improve. The doctors will actually have an evaluation sometime late morning. And then the president, in consultation with the doctors, will make a decision on whether to discharge him later today."
