It's essentially the same Darwinist line that Karl Pearson used in 1925 to claim that Polish and Russian Jews were a danger to the British population, a claim that the Nazis took directly from the scientific paper he published saying that, one of their excuses for, first exclusion, then genocide. These people are a lot more dangerous than their coverage in the media indicates.
