Well, This Is As Much Evidence…

... as was presented in that hearing today. There is literally no law or Constitutional provision regarding a criminal or civil trial being scheduled or conducted during an “election year” (which is not even a defined legal term).

There is a DOJ regulation that requires an investigation of a public official or candidate not be started/announced within 90 days of Election Day. But that regulation is not binding on state prosecutors in Georgia, New York, or any of the other 48 states.

This claim is not even an argument. It’s farce.
Of course, some disagree: Reality is so much simpler when you just ignore it.
Not only there.
Say good night, Gracie. It’s too early in the morning for me to be in bed.

  1. The media, and I'm talking about the alleged moderate and even some of the "liberal" media isn't there to serve the truth, it's there to attract attention. FOX caters to the most primitive of racists, who will never hear what the Willis said because they don't want to hear it. I'm ready to suggest that she'd be a good replacement for Merrick Garland because her testimony proved to me she understands things far better than any of the real lawyers on TV and far more than the non-lawyers on TV and Twitter.
