Trump doesn’t know whether to shut, or go blind. He is literally scared shitless. He doesn’t have the money, and he can’t avoid the consequences. I don’t even think he’s trying to rewrite the record for the appeal (it wouldn’t work, as the AG’s letter points out; those defendants addresses a part of the trial record).
