The Alabama Supreme Court based its decision on Alabama law and, IIRC, the state constitution.Millions of families — politically Right, Left, & Center — relied on IVF to have kids. Republicans need to course correct on this issue or they’ll lose their own voters.

It’s not “pro-family” to potentially take away many families only shot at having kids (outside of adoption).
Kinda runs Republicans up against “states rights,” don’t it?
